1. Scope
Byway Lab Hub (“the Hub”) is proprietary software owned and operated by Byway Lab for its own internal business administration. It is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to any third party. These terms govern use of the Hub by its single authorized operator.

2. Licence
Byway Lab grants no licence to any third party. No right to access, copy, modify, or distribute the Hub is granted to anyone other than Byway Lab and its authorized operator.

3. Authorized use
The Hub may be accessed only by the authorized operator, only over the private network on which it runs, and only for Byway Lab’s own business administration.

4. Connected services
The Hub connects to QuickBooks Online and other services using credentials the operator supplies and authorizes. The operator is responsible for maintaining those authorizations and for the accuracy of data in the connected systems. The Hub reads accounting data and does not modify records in connected accounting systems.

5. No warranty
The Hub is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Figures it displays are derived from connected systems and are for internal management use only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and are not a substitute for records maintained by a qualified professional.

6. Limitation of liability
Byway Lab accepts no liability to any third party arising from the Hub, as no third party is licensed to use it.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
